• Understand Entire Green building Rating Systems
• Green Building Rating Systems : NC/CS/EB/CI & Homes
• Co-ordination with clients
• Periodic Review of the Facilitation Process
• Preparation and Updation of Templates
• Keep Track on New Tech. developments in the market
• Achieve the Rating for the Building

Job Description-

• Conveying and explaining green building concepts to clients
• Carry out Feasibility checks of the project for certification
• Making presentations to clients
• Review of Projects progress and communicate to all the stake holders
• Continuous Updating of Knowledge wrt Green Building
• To achieve Rating System by understanding of various concepts

Requisite Qualification

Essential

• Dip / Degree in Engineering

Preferred

• Dip / Degree in Engineering
• LEED AP

Requisite Experience

• Min 5 yrs exp

Special Skills Required

• Oral and Written communication
