Facebook Ads Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Facebook Ads strategies to meet client goals.
• Set up, launch, and continuously optimize Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Write and test ad copy for conversions, ensuring consistency with landing pages.
• Conduct audience and creative tests to drive better performance.
• Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs for ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with the web development, design, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights and generate detailed reports for clients.
• Stay up to date with Facebooks Advertising Policies, tools, and latest trends.
• Regularly engage with clients to discuss performance and future strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads (agency experience preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads dashboard and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising Policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
