Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Workday Functional & Technical Consultants who can support end-to-end Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support activities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional consulting expertise and technical development capabilities across Workday HCM and related modules.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, configuring Workday solutions, developing integrations, creating reports, managing security, and supporting global Workday transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and support Workday modules including:
• Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Time Tracking
• Conduct client workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
• Configure business processes, approval workflows, and security.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Drive Workday release management and continuous improvements.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Develop and support:
• Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Document Transformation
• Create and maintain: Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Composite Reports, Dashboards
• Configure and administer Workday Security Framework.
• Troubleshoot integration and production support issues.
• Support data migration, data conversion, and testing activities.
• Integrate Workday with third-party applications such as Payroll, ERP, CRM, and Identity Management systems.

Functional Skills

• Strong experience in Workday HCM modules.
• Expertise in business process configuration.
• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of Workday security and organizational structures.
• End-to-end implementation and support experience.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Experience in Workday Reporting and Security.
• Experience working with integrations and data transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Functional and/or Integration Certification.
• Experience in global implementation projects.
• Exposure to Workday Extend and Prism Analytics.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple Workday modules and technologies.
