Facade Estimation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for facade and glazing projects.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and project scope.
• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
• Analyze material, labour and equipment requirements.
• Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Coordinate with design, planning, procurement and site teams.
• Support tender preparation and commercial submissions.
• Monitor project costs and support cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure timely submission of estimates, revisions and related reports.
