Facade Designer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Facade Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in architecture and design, specifically in the development and detailing of building facades.
The position involves creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing facade designs for a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Create detailed facade designs that align with architectural concepts and structural requirements.
2. Material Selection: Suggest appropriate facade materials, considering aesthetics, sustainability, and performance.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of facade designs into the overall project.
4. Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate, detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software or other design tools.
5. Project Management: Manage facade design elements throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
6.Sustainability and Compliance: Ensure facade designs comply with local building codes, regulations,and sustainability practices.
7. Problem-solving: Address technical issues related to the facade system and propose effective design solutions.
8. Site Visits: Conduct site inspections to ensure the facade installation meets the design and quality expectations.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade design, construction, or a related area.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, etc.) and knowledge of facade materials and systems.
4. Creativity and Innovation: Strong design sense with a focus on both functionality and aesthetics.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
6. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise, high-quality designs and documents.
