Fabrication Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Communicate fabrication drawings and schedule to the team and ensure timely production
• Conduct regular inspections of fabricated parts to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in structural fabrication supervision or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of heavy fabrication techniques for steel structures.
• Proficiency in metal fabrication processes including cutting, shaping, welding, etc.
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
• Should be able to read engineering and machine drawings.
• Good knowledge of GD & T.
