Fabrication Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day fabrication production activities for transformer tanks, channels, and related components as per production schedules and quality requirements.

- Assist in monitoring welding, grinding, cutting, and fabrication activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, process specifications, and work instructions.

- Coordinate with the Section Incharge and relevant teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.

- Inspect and monitor fabrication quality at different stages, identify deviations, and support corrective actions to maintain required quality standards.

- Support effective utilization of manpower, machines, tools, and production resources to achieve planned output efficiently.

- Maintain production and quality records, report process issues, and escalate deviations to the Section Incharge for timely resolution.

- Ensure adherence to 5S, safety procedures, quality systems, and shop-floor work instructions.

- Support process improvement initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, resource utilization, and fabrication efficiency.

Candidates based out of Ahmedabad and Mehsana will be preferred.
