Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the fabrication team, including welders, fitters, and other skilled workers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor fabrication activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure fabrication work adheres to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve fabrication-related issues.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Monitor equipment utilization and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare production reports and maintain relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in fabrication supervision or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production management software will be an added advantage.

Work Environment:

• Fabrication shop/industrial manufacturing setting.
• Mandatory adherence to PPE and safety regulations.
• Flexibility for shift work and overtime as required.
