Fabrication Foreman

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure accuracy and precision of fabricated parts.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to fabrication processes and materials.
• Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all fabrication processes, including records of measurements, cuts, and welds.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in structural fabrication, scaffolding, shuttering, formwork, or similar field.
• Diploma or B.Tech degree (Computers).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings; knowledge of steel structures preferred.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques using various tools such as saws, grinders, drills etc.
