Industry: Garment / Uniform Manufacturing

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant fabric sourcing/purchase experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing fabric vendors and fabric mills supplying the company.
• Source fabrics based on quality, colour, GSM, composition, price and production requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted fabric supply.
• Monitor fabric quality and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Design and Warehouse teams for fabric requirements.
• Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and pricing details.
• Identify and develop new vendors/mills when required.
