Fabric Inspections (4-Point System), Defect Identification (Weaving, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing defects).

Coordinate with Laboratory for Shade matching, continuity card, Lot to lot segregation, testing of fabrics construction, GSM, Shrinkage.

Make sure the Quality Parameter match with requirements before issuing to the Cutting production.

Goods Inward and Outward -Receipt notes (GRN) verification, Material Issue & Return Notes, Delivery Challans, and Invoicing.

Conducted structural audits and monthly physical stock counts.

Computer Skill- ERP software, MS Office, Advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs for stock sheets.

Cross-functional coordination, Vendor management, Team leadership, Problem-solving under tight production deadlines.

Enforce a rigorous FIFO/LIFO inventory matrix, reducing material wastage and fabric degradation as per norm.

Maintained flawless documentation for material returns due to dyeing or weaving defects.
