Responsibilities

• Work learn how to manage supply chain logistics for hydroponic produce, ensuring optimum cold chain packaging for minimal wastage and timely deliveries.
• Learn how to procure high-quality produce by liaising with farmers and suppliers; handle price negotiations and contracts.
• Learn how to build and maintain strong client relationships; manage key accounts and resolve operational challenges.
• Learn to identify new opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on procurement and material supplied to our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture (preferably currently in 4th year of their degree) or any recent B. sc. Ag. (Hons.) graduates.
• Region preference: Preferably from Anand/Ahmedabad (for Gujarat).
• Good communication knowledge and management skills.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, Gujarati (will be prioritized).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.
