About this role
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and transformation activities.
* Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions.
* Configure and support F&O modules, including *Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse and Production*.
* Support functional/technical specifications, data migration, integrations and testing.
* Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
* Work with business, functional, technical, BI and integration teams.
* Senior candidates will lead solution architecture, technical design, integrations, security and deployment.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years relevant D365 F&O experience for consultant roles.
* 6+ years for Functional Consultant / Module Lead.
* 8+ years for Solution Architect / Technical Lead.
* Strong hands-on D365 F&O implementation experience.
* Experience in one or more F&O modules such as *Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse or Production*.
* Experience in implementation, migration, testing and/or integrations.
* Current relevant *Microsoft D365 F&O certification is required*.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
* Business Central / NAV to D365 F&O transition experience.
* Azure Integration / Power Platform experience.
* Enterprise ERP transformation experience.
