Key Responsibilities- Operational Management, Supervise daily operations of assigned restaurant, bar, or banquet areas, Ensure prompt and efficient service to guests, Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service standards, Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and supplies
- Staff Supervision Training, Supervise FB team including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff, Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and hygiene practices, Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper shift coverage. Motivate and guide the team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Guest Service Relations, Monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints or feedback promptly, Ensure smooth handling of VIP guests, special requests, and events
Promote upselling of menu items, beverages, and promotions
