F&B Service Associate

Job Summary

Responsible for providing professional and efficient food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of service quality, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.

- Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and assist guests with recommendations.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.

- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.

- Set up and maintain restaurant tables, buffets, and service stations.

- Ensure proper mise en place, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service essentials.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, dining areas, and service equipment.

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and smooth service.

- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.

- Assist with restaurant, banquet, buffet, and special event operations as required.

- Ensure proper billing procedures and support smooth restaurant operations.

Experience :Freshers and candidates with 13 years of experience in F&B service are welcome to apply. Experience in a hotel, resort, or reputed restaurant will be an added advantage.

Skills:Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, table setup, menu knowledge, order taking, guest handling, communication skills, teamwork, grooming and personal hygiene, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
