Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive FB Manager to oversee the organizations food and beverage operations and ensure seamless hospitality services across the office. The role will be responsible for managing FB operations, vendors, pantry and service staff, inventory, petty cash expenses, stationery and other administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor-management skills, attention to detail, excellent coordination abilities and the capability to independently manage day-to-day hospitality operations in a corporate environment.

FB Hospitality Operations

Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations across the office premises.

Ensure smooth and timely arrangements for tea, coffee, snacks, meals and other FB requirements.

Manage FB arrangements for meetings, conferences and corporate events.

Ensure high standards of service, presentation, hygiene and overall hospitality.

Vendor Staff Management

Coordinate and manage FB vendors, catering partners and service providers.

Monitor vendor performance, food quality, service standards and timely deliveries.

Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective procurement and services.

Supervise pantry, FB and other service staff and ensure proper allocation of responsibilities.

Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution of vendor/service-related concerns.

Hygiene Food Safety

Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Monitor pantry, dining and food-service areas regularly.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and service standards through regular checks.

Inventory Expense Management

Monitor inventory of food, beverages, pantry supplies and other consumables.

Ensure timely replenishment and minimize unnecessary wastage.

Maintain records of consumption, purchases and monthly expenses.

Verify vendor bills and coordinate for timely processing of payments.

Monitor FB-related expenses and maintain proper documentation.

Petty Cash Administrative Responsibilities

Manage and maintain records of petty cash expenses related to FB and other assigned administrative requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and supporting bills for expenses.

Manage stationery requirements, including inventory, procurement and distribution.

Support other miscellaneous administrative and hospitality-related activities as assigned.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day administrative requirements.

Employee Support

Address employee feedback and concerns related to FB and hospitality services.

Ensure prompt resolution of issues related to food quality, service or pantry facilities.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and service standards.

Bachelors degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, FB Management or a related field preferred.

5-10 years of relevant experience in FB operations, hospitality, corporate pantry management or a similar role.

Experience in managing corporate FB operations and hospitality services will be preferred.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Experience managing service/pantry staff.

Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality standards.

Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Ability to maintain expense, inventory and vendor records.

Strong attention to detail and cost-conscious approach.

Ability to independently manage day-to-day operations and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
