F&B Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensures a proper hand-over & take over as applicable from the shifts.
• Organizes and coordinate all the resources within the kitchen and other areas.
• Checks all raw materials at the receiving area.
• Ensures cleanliness inside the kitchen.
• Ensures meals prepared for patients, staffs & other catering areas are following all necessary guidelines related to temperature, sanitation and presentation. Overcomes patients complaints related to F&B service.
• Enforces discipline among the F&B staff & implements departmental policies.
• Maintains various records & checklists
• Co- ordinates with all concerned departments to achieve total patient/customer (external & internal) satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
