Role & responsibilities

• F&B Executive will be responsible for caf operations at all sites.
• Hotelier with FM experience is helpful
• Drives comprehensive plans on food services.
• F&B operations monitoring as per COVID and post COVID situations.
• Monitoring menu, employee engagement activities.
• Implement innovated ideas to enhance Employee experience for caf services
• Controlling costs wherever possible, scrutiny of expenses.
• Collecting feedback and complaints from employees and implementing the same to enhance service quality.
• Managing and training F&B staff.
• Coordinate with vendors / clients and ensure smooth operations.
• Technology implementation across the activities/operations.
• Setting up new cafeterias in upcoming offices, highlight necessary improvements.
• Quality control, Reviews and periodic meetings with stake holders or vendors.
• Implementation of SOP's and periodic updation.
• Internal and External audits related to F&B, ensure proper compliance. Preparation of Events calendar, execution.
