Job Summary

We are looking for a F&B Associate to join our premium Turkish Cuisine fine-dining restaurant. The role involves delivering warm, professional, and personalized service while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently explain menu items.
• Have good knowledge of Turkish cuisine, ingredients, and preparation styles.
• Ensure timely and professional service throughout the guest journey.
• Maintain high standards of table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth order execution.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, service standards, and grooming guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining the overall ambience and presentation of the restaurant.
• Support the team during busy operations and special events.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in fine-dining or premium restaurants preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a pleasant personality.
• Passion for hospitality and willingness to learn about Turkish cuisine.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
