• Education: CA or MBA
• Candidate Expectations:
• 15+ years of experience in F&A Domain Functional SPOC with domain and tech expertise with focus in F&A Strong domain knowledge having extensively worked in Finance Controllers/ CFO s office in middle management role Capability to conceptualize Finance and Accounting Point Solutions, Automation Solutions & AI based solutions Strong understanding of F&A tools and workflow solutions like BlackLine, Highradius, Coupa, Adaptive Insights etc.
• Ability to liaise extensively with IT development team and ensure the development of world class F&A Solutions
• As a Domain expert - Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps, Automation, AI, Analytics etc .

Detailed Job Description:

• Lead providing solutions in RFP s/new client pursuits and articulate the Tech solution, approach and methodology Conceptualize and design Next Gen F&A Technology Solutions with focus on - Point Solutions, Automation and AI
• Oversee the development of such solutions by providing guidance and feedback to the technical team
• Handle the solution life cycle IP rights, Solution Road maps, oversee Implementation hygiene etc.
• Perform Gap Analysis of F&A Practice Offerings and identify solution development opportunities Craft solutions for Proposals (RFI / RFP) comprising tech levers of Point Solutions, AI and Automation Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A Solutions, Technology, ERP gaps, AI, Automation etc.
