EYGDS - Assurance - FAAS Transaction - Senior Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead technical accounting teams to deliver high-quality financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
• Provide expert advice on complex accounting matters related to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other capital market transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.

Job Requirements :

• 8-13 years of experience in a similar role within similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and technical accounting principles.
• Proven track record in leading teams through complex projects such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, or initial public offerings (IPOs).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
