Eyewear Designer - Trend & Product

Location:Delhi/NCR

What You'll Do

• Track emerging fashion, culture, design, lifestyle and consumer trends.
• Conduct primary & secondary consumer research to identify evolving needs and preferences.
• Translate insights into new product and collection opportunities for eyewear.
• Develop collection concepts, narratives and product briefs.
• Partner with Design teams to shape design direction, aesthetics, materials and product cues.
• Work with Brand, Category, Merchandising & Growth teams to support product positioning and launches.
• Build a research-led approach to product and collection development.
• Present insights and recommendations through clear, compelling storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's/Master's in Design, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in consumer insights, trend research, product strategy, design research or related areas.
• Strong interest in fashion, culture, design and consumer behaviour.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility.
• Ability to connect trends and observations to meaningful product opportunities.
• Excellent research, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with both creative and commercial teams.
