Job Overview
is seeking qualified and experienced ophthalmologists specializing in , Retina, or Squint . The selected candidates will be responsible for diagnosing and treating eye conditions, performing relevant procedures, developing treatment plans, and ensuring excellent patient care within their area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and diagnose eye conditions.
- Evaluate and manage patients requiring oculoplasty, retinal, or squint treatment.
- Perform specialized procedures and surgeries according to qualifications and clinical expertise.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
- Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care, where applicable.
- Counsel patients about diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow established medical protocols.
- Collaborate with other eye care professionals to support effective patient management.
Eligibility Requirements
- MBBS with MS, MD, or DNB in Ophthalmology.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Clinical experience in at least one relevant specialization: Oculoplasty, Retina, or Squint.
- Relevant fellowship or advanced specialty training is preferred.
- Experience in specialized ophthalmic procedures and surgeries, where applicable.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, communication, and patient-care skills.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for experienced eye specialists with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Oculoplasty: Eyelid, lacrimal system, and orbital conditions.
- Retina: Retinal disorders and their medical or surgical management.
- Squint: Evaluation and management of and eye-alignment disorders.
Candidates should have relevant clinical experience, strong diagnostic and surgical skills, ethical medical practices, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care.
