About this role
Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of the Company s SEC reporting (Annual Reports, 10-K s, 10-Q s, 8-K s and XBRL filings as required). Areas of focus may include the following:
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement
Various footnote disclosures
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree, preferably public accounting as part of it, and CPA
- Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience working within a global matrixed organization
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle
- Experience working with Workiva is a plus
