When Sydney-based Product Manager Josh Nairn joined Woolworths Group's digital arm CustomerX this year, he became part of a dedicated team who were helping rollout Woolworths new app feature, Watchlist. At the touch of a button, the feature allows customers to track when their favourite products are on special. Josh says he gained a deep sense of purpose in leading the team who researched, developed and delivered the game-changing feature.
