About the Role

Startek is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Flipkart 3PL Voice Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries over calls and providing accurate, professional, and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards.
• Record customer interactions and update required information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective query resolution.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and attendance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Comfortable working in a voice process.
• Laptop is mandatory for the role.
• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts .

Selection Process

Candidates will go through 3 rounds of assessment:

1. HR Round
2. Operations Round
3. Client/Final Assessment
4. Typing test
