Exterior Trims Design Engineer
- Permanent Contract
- Full-time
- At least 2 years of experience (Junior level)
- Bachelor degree
- DESIGN ENGINEER
1. Develop 3D CAD models (Class-B and C surfaces) from A-Class styling inputs using UGNX.
2. Design mounting features, snap-fits, ribs, bosses, and fastening mechanisms.
3. Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA) compliance for plastic injection molding.
4. Perform packaging studies, clearance checks, and GD&T tolerance stack-ups.
Work with CAE/Safety teams to satisfy Pedestrian Protection and crash safety standards.
