Job Description (Exterior Trims) :

• Experience: 3-8 Years
  Location: Chennai
• Software: Siemens NX
• Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop automotive exterior components such as bumpers, grilles, claddings, fenders, cowl covers, mirror sail panels, and other plastic trim parts.
• Preferred- Experience in Bumper Systems, Grilles, Exterior Plastic Trims, and OEM vehicle development projects
• Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using NX.
• Perform packaging studies, clash checks, feasibility studies, and design updates
• Apply plastic product design guidelines, DFM/DFA, and GD&T standards.
• Work closely with Styling, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers for product development and validation.
• Support engineering change management and product release activitiesRole & responsibilities
