About this role
- Handle Incoming Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers
- Provide prompt and professional responses to queries
- Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Liaise with internal departments (such as production, shipping, and logistics) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain regular communication with customers to keep them updated on order Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain all relevant sales documents, including quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping records
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with export regulations
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the factory team and other internal departments to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment
- Ensure that products are manufactured and shipped as per the customer's specifications and deadlines
- Quotation Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up on sent quotations and ensure they are addressed by customers
- Address customer queries and concerns regarding quotations to drive conversions and secure orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint
