About this role
1) Pre & Post-Shipment Documentation: Generating and processing shipment documents, Foreign customer portal management, In-house ERP management
2) Logistics Coordination: Booking containers with shipping lines, Liaising with the factory, Customs House Agents (CHA), and freight forwarders, Coordinate with transporter & tracking shipments till on board carrier.
3) Record Keeping: Maintain digital files & Folders, update corresponding shipment data and all shipping documents.
4) Tracking: Monitor delivery schedules and update internal management systems or spreadsheets.
