Export Sales - Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Export Sales team. This internship offers hands-on experience in international sales, export documentation, buyer communication, and global market research.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research international markets and identify potential buyers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, business directories, and B2B platforms.
• Conduct email marketing, WhatsApp outreach, and follow-ups with international buyers.
• Assist with cold calling and business development activities.
• Prepare quotations, product presentations, and sales proposals.
• Maintain buyer databases and update CRM or sales records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, and export enquiries.
• Support the export sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates or final-year students interested in international business, sales, marketing, or exports.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work towards targets.
• A proactive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and a professional approach.
• Knowledge of international trade or foreign languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
