Export Sales Executive

Role Description The Export Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for developing and managing international sales opportunities for the company's cooling products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching potential overseas clients, preparing and negotiating export quotations and contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, importers, and key accounts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, inventory, logistics, and documentation to ensure timely and compliant shipments. The Export Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to support strategic business decisions. The position also requires participation in trade fairs, virtual meetings, and other business development activities to expand the company's global footprint.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Export operations, including documentation, incoterms, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs agents.
• Proven International Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in overseas markets.
• Knowledge of International Business practices, including global trade regulations, payment terms, and cross-cultural negotiation.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with export documentation software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in industrial or consumer durable products, especially cooling or HVAC, is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
