Export sales executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to develop international business, generate export sales, manage overseas customers, and expand the company's presence in international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of export procedures, and the ability to build long-term relationships with international clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development

• Identify and develop new international markets and customers.
• Generate leads through online platforms, international trade portals, exhibitions, referrals, and market research.
• Contact overseas clients through email, phone, video calls, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and price negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
  
  

Export Sales & Customer Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, agents, and business partners.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
  
  

Export Documentation & Coordination

• Coordinate with the production, procurement, logistics, finance, and documentation teams for export orders.
• Prepare and verify export-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, purchase orders, shipping documents, and certificates.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and provide customers with regular shipment updates.
• Ensure export orders are processed within agreed timelines.
