Export Sales Coordinator

1. Export Order Management

• Process and manage export sales orders from confirmation to delivery
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely execution
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and manage export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

3. Client Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for international customers
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and order updates
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and support after-sales service

4. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate shipments, bookings, and dispatch schedules
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
• Work closely with transporters and warehouse teams

5. Sales Support

• Assist sales team in preparing quotations and proposals
• Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking
• Update SAP with accurate order and customer data

6. Payment & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with finance for payment tracking (LC, advance, credit terms)
• Follow up for pending payments and documentation requirement
