Export Sales And Marketing Executive

Role Overview We're hiring an Export Sales Executive to drive international sales for our notebook and stationery range from buyer outreach and quotation through to order closure and coordination with production and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage B2B leads across target export markets
• Handle the full sales cycle: enquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, follow-up
• Build and grow relationships with new overseas buyers
• Share catalogues, price lists, and samples with prospective buyers
• Coordinate with production on order feasibility and lead times
• Coordinate with logistics/documentation on shipment schedules
• Track pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity
• Represent the company at trade fairs and buyer meetings as needed

Requirements

• 2–5 years in export sales, ideally in paper/stationery or a related B2B manufacturing industry
• Working knowledge of export documentation and incoterms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Graduate degree in business, commerce, or related field preferred

Good to Have

• Existing buyer contacts in the US, UK, Africa, or Middle East
• Experience with HS Chapter 48 / paper stationery products
