Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage export documentation, including preparation of commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with shipping agents to ensure timely shipment processing and clearance.
• Prepare and review export import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the logistics process.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years' experience in air freight, ocean freight, or related field (export management).
• Strong knowledge of export import documentation procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing various types of shipping documents (e.g., bill of lading).
• Experience working with freight forwarders or third-party logistics providers.
