Export Merchandiser

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage export merchandising activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of orders from start to finish.
  
• Coordinate with buyers and resolve any issues that may arise during any shipment.
  
• Prepare accurate export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading) according to customer requirements.
  
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures (e.g., EXIM policy).
• Must be Convent educated (Fluency in English is preferable)
