Role Title : GM- Marketing Export

Reports to : AVP -Marketing  

Location : Jaipur, travel involved

Remuneration : will not be a constraint for deserving candidates

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a leader who can make a real difference to the export business and lead an established sales team to new heights. You will closely work with technical services and other functions to fulfill customer needs and achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement export sales strategy to grow business with both existing and prospective customers in International market
• Set budget and targets on annual and quarterly basis, monitor results and take suitable actions to achieve targets
• Lead the account management programme, extending the current footprint and ensuring high quality of service delivery to major accounts
• Build long term relationship with the customers with an objective to understand their needs and satisfy them on a continuous basis
• Develop new processes and systems to improve customer experience
• Monitor accounts receivable ageing and take action to control receivables

Essential

• should have handled pulp and paper segment for supplying of paper allied product, paper machinery and paper chemical in international market .
• 12-15 years Knowledge of Marketing & Sales of paper machinery accessories, paper chemical and allied product to Paper Industries and 10 years in export business .
• Graduate from a Science or Technology background with MBA
• 8+ years in senior management position
• A proven record in B2B Selling for industrial products in international market
• Excellent knowledge of export statutory obligations.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Team building & leadership skills
• High level of interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross functional teams
• Relationship building and networking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking
• Ready to settle in Jaipur with family

Desirable

• Degree in Engineering, Diploma in Management or MBA
• Experience of working with paper industry
