About this role
- Experience in the FMCG industry, with strong exposure to international sales and export business.
- Manage and drive the companys international sales and export operations to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct international market research to identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential customers.
- Identify and acquire importers, distributors, stockists, modern trade accounts, retailers, and strategic channel partners.
- Develop and expand effective sales and distribution networks across international markets.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, volume, margin, and profitability targets.
- Lead pricing and commercial negotiations, including MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), payment terms, credit terms, discounts, margins, and other commercial conditions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and demand patterns across international markets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international customers, distributors, importers, and channel partners.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and business meetings.
- Undertake international market visits and customer meetings to strengthen business relationships and develop new opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, market updates, customer reports, and business performance reports to management.
