Responsible for managing international sales, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. They handle client communication, shipment planning, and work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of export order.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional export sales to achieve monthly targets combined team output.
- Lead, coach, and monitor performance of Senior Export Executives.
- Ensure new client onboarding across team and manage large/key account relationships
- Align sales goals with product margin, market maturity, and incentive plans.
- Approve quotes, ensure margin integrity, and oversee client negotiations.
- Track regional receivables and escalate delays to finance/legal.
- Coordinate with HOD for territory planning, scheme rollouts, and international exhibitions
- Submit detailed MIS on team targets, CRM usage, new clients, and market trends.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and identify new export opportunities to expand global presence.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of export orders.
