About this role
Position: Executive-Logistics & Distribution-Exports Order Management & Plant & Customer Co ordination
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Work Location: Pune
Job Purpose: Exports Order Management & Plant & Customer Coordination
Export Order Booking & Customer Communication:
1. For Commercial and Sample shipment Order Booking
2. Price verification and stuffing plan through Cube IQ software
3. Monitoring Customer Requirements
Customer Contract and verification of Compliance documents: LC and Customer specific contract validation, Approvals from Top Management and processingNew Customer Account Processing: Validation of Compliance documents and creation of account in system by uploading all legal required documents
Exports Documentation: Preparation of checklist and approvals / RFID/VGM uploading at the day of loading
Summary – Discount / Rebate: Monitor Discount summary and sharing with Finance Team (Monthly)
Education and Professional Qualifications: Post Graduation In Exim / Foreign Trade
