Export & Import Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export and import documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, and LC documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters.
• Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Manage export incentives, EPCG, Advance Authorization, and other trade-related benefits where applicable.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and sales teams for timely dispatches.
• Handle communication with overseas customers and suppliers.
• Maintain records of all import/export transactions and documentation.
• Resolve shipment, customs clearance, and logistics-related issues.
