Export Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new export leads through online portals, social media, trade directories, and market research.
• Identify and develop overseas distributors, dealers, importers, and wholesalers.
• Conduct email marketing, cold calling, and follow-ups with international prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
• Prepare and share product presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Convert inquiries into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Explore new international markets and business opportunities.
• Maintain lead and customer data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
