Export Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Executive role based in Jhajjar. The Export Executive is responsible for preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies, and coordinating with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to support smooth export operations. The role involves handling import-export procedures, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting export-related sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to export inquiries, maintaining communication with international clients, managing documentation timelines, and contributing to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in export operations.

Key Responsibities-

1- Manage end-to-end export logistics operations, from order processing to final shipment.

2- Prepare and verify export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin and other relevant documents.

3- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, shipping lines, transporters and overseas customers.

4- Track export shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

5- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Procurement and Supply Chain for smooth export operations.

6- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, EXIM procedures, DGFT requirements and company policies.

7- Monitor freight costs, transportation charges and other logistics expenses.

8- Maintain accurate records of export shipments, documentation and logistics transactions.

9- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies and other operational issues.

10- Support logistics audits, compliance requirements and documentation.

11- Prepare regular MIS reports related to shipments, freight costs, pending orders and delivery status.

12- Ensure adherence to Panasonic's internal processes, quality standards and compliance requirements.
