Job Description

We are looking for an Export Documentation Specialist to manage export documentation and provide back-office support for international sales operations. The role involves coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, and CHA, ensuring timely shipment processing, maintaining CRM records, and handling export-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify export invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other export-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with international customers, freight forwarders, CHA, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
• Handle export order processing, documentation, sample dispatches, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM records, export orders, shipment status, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/production team to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
• Generate reports related to export orders, pending shipments, and customer follow-ups.
• Ensure proper filing and compliance of all export documentation.

Required Skills

• Experience in export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or International Trade (preferred).
• 2 - 5 years of experience in export documentation, export operations, or a similar role.
