About this role
Position Summary
Responsible for preparing, controlling, and maintaining export documentation for Alu-Alu pharmaceutical packaging materials exported from India.
Coordinate with internal departments, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure smooth export operations and compliance.
Experience Requirements
- 3-8 years of export operations experience
- Experience preparing export documentation
- Experience in logistics and shipment coordination
- Experience handling exports from India preferred
- Experience dealing with international customers preferred
- SAP experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, and other export documents
- Manage Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), and shipping records
- Support Certificate of Origin (COO) applications and other regulatory documents
- Monitor shipment schedules and export status
- Coordinate customs clearance and logistics activities
- Maintain export records and documentation archives
- Support internal approval processes for export shipments
- Prepare export performance and shipment reports
Required Skills
- Export operations and international trade experience
- Export documentation preparation and control
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international logistics
- Understanding of customs clearance procedures
- Basic knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C) transactions
- Strong documentation and record management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving and time management skills

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical packaging materials and product traceability
System Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP systems preferred
- Experience with Export Documentation Software is an advantage
