Export Documentation Executive

• Handle export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Certificate of Origin, and other export-related documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines for timely dispatch of shipments.
• Manage export orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
• Maintain export records and prepare reports as required.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in export operations.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
