Export Documentation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-export shipment documentation, including export orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of goods through customs.
  
• Manage post-export shipment documentation such as bills of lading, insurance policies, and certificates of delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to EXIM (Exports & Imports) laws and guidelines from countries like UK, US, Europe etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all exports and imports transactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in export documentation execution or a similar role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in International Business or Supply Chain Management preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of CHA (Custom House Agent), DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade), Spice Board regulations.
