Job Summary: We are seeking fresh graduates with a passion for accuracy and efficiency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional typing skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Lading for shipments across various countries while adhering to specific country exceptions.
• Analyse and audit bills processed with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Ensure that all tasks meet or exceed SLAs.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel, for day-to-day tasks.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferred Experienced Candidates: 1-5 years
  
• Preferred strong typing skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Attention to detail and ability to analyse and audit documentation effectively.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including public and festive holidays.

Additional Preferences:

• Candidates who can join immediately.
• Reside close to the office for ease of commuting.
