About The Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Generative AI initiatives and Databricks-driven data platforms and Responsible for translating legal and business needs into clear, traceable requirements and acceptance criteria, including requirements related to artificial intelligence driven search and analysis, ensuring the delivered solution matches what is explicitly documented. This role requires deep experience in GenAI use case discovery, data-driven decision-making, product/business requirement documentation, and enterprise-scale analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Maintain traceability between functional, data management, and search requirements, including those enabled by artificial intelligence.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify how artificial intelligence should be used in searching, ranking, summarisation, or classification.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for sprint deliverables that include artificial intelligence behaviour.
• Support business users during user acceptance testing and validate artificial intelligence driven outputs against agreed expectations.
• Manage requirement changes and assess their impact on scope, delivery, and artificial intelligence usage.
• Ensure no documented requirement is missed, misinterpreted, or over-extended.
• Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements for GenAI and Databricks-based solutions.
• Work closely with data engineers and AI teams to support solution design, validation, and implementation.
• Define business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Analyze business processes and recommend AI-driven automation, optimization, and innovation opportunities.
• Support model performance tracking, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with Databricks teams to interpret data pipelines, analytics outputs, and ML model results.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with business KPIs and ROI goals.
• Support UAT, change management, and post-deployment performance tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology or analytics projects.
• Business analysis experience on systems that use artificial intelligence or advanced search.
• Experience working in legal or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong requirement documentation, validation, and traceability skills.
• Supporting agile delivery teams where artificial intelligence features are delivered incrementally.
• Strong hands-on exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, AI-driven automation, NLP, copilots, AI agents).
• Proven experience working on Databricks-based projects (data platforms, analytics, ML workflows).
• Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, ML lifecycle, and AI solution workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams - Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Product Owners.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business language.
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

Good To Have

• Experience working in AI/ML product delivery environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of model evaluation, AI governance, fairness, and risk management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Background in banking, insurance, healthcare, or enterprise analytics.
